Privacy,  Bookings and Alcohol Policy

Privacy Policy

In accordance with  data protection regulations (GDPR) that apply from 25 May 2018,  we make a commitment that:

1.  We will only send you periodic information about events at Hill Cottage Retreats and limited related events of interest.

2.  We will store your contact details safely.

3.  We will never pass on your contact details (or any other data) to anyone else, without your clear permission.

4.  If you wish us to stop contacting you please let us know and we will remove you from our list.  Email us at info@hillcottageretreats.co.uk to unsubscribe or update your details

Bookings Policy

In the event of two people applying to book a retreat or workshop at Hill Cottage  where conflict may arise, priority will be give to the person with the longest preexisting relationship with Hill Cottage and/or the facilitator.

Alcohol Policy

To uphold our ethos, the retreat centre is an alcohol (and any other intoxicant) free space. This is intended to support participants and retreatants maintain a clear focus on the work they have chosen to concentrate on during the retreats and workshops
